    A runsum (a trapezoidal number) is the difference between two Triangular numbers and is therefore the sum of a run oF (consecutive, whole) numbers e.g.
    18 = 5+6+7 = (1+2+3+4+5+6+7) - (1+2+3+4) = T(7)-T(4)
