Worked Solution:

The new values y are related to the original x values by the linear relationship: y = 0.01 x – 40
The new meany will be 0.01 meanx – 40 = 0.01×3.538462 – 40 = –39.965 to 3 dps.
The new sdy will be 0.01 sdx = 0.01×2.933013 = 0.029 to 3 dps.
