Worked Solution:

6 w + 3 – 3 w  ≥  –4(w + 4) + 8 w – 8
Simplifing both sides:
3 w + 3 ≥ 4 w – 24
Collect the w terms on one side, numbers on the other by adding –3 w + 24 to both sides:
27 ≥ w
